About the role
- FM2, Lee Company's facility maintenance and management team is looking for experienced Commercial/Industrial Technicians.
- FM2 BAS Integrator is responsible for facilitating and supporting the integration of multiple facility systems.
- FM2 BAS Integrator will work with communication protocols including, but not limited to, BACnet MS/TP & IP, Echelon, Modbus, and Zigbee.
Responsibilities
- The FM2 BAS Integrator is responsible for the software programming, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation for all types of HVAC control systems, as well as building automation system commissioning, training and technical support for facility operators.

Requirements
- Required is a HS diploma or greater
- Experience in IT networks
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- At the time of hire, employees will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility.
Skills
- Individual must also have a strong understanding of IT networks and protocols.
- Integrator must also have an understanding of Microsoft SQL servers.

- Electrical Knowledge - Has an in depth understanding of Ohm's Law and electrical circuits
- Blueprints
- Understands the basic concepts of blueprints and schematic drawings
- Hydronic Systems - Understands the basics of chilled, condenser and hot water systems
- Air Side Systems - Understands the basics of variable and constant volume air flows.
- Certifications - Possesses Siemens, Honeywell and/or Trane BAS certifications
