About the role

  • As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and operational excellence across sub-assembly, final assembly, MRB, and Incoming Quality inspection areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Quality Inspectors and technicians across multiple functional areas
  • Drive achievement of inspection goals in sub-assembly, final assembly, MRB, and incoming quality
  • Hire, train, and develop inspectors to build a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering to ensure proper onboarding and Gauge R&R certification for new inspectors
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on SQC, QC, FNI, OBA, and efficiency metrics
  • Develop and execute employee development plans to support career growth

Requirements

  • Trigger stop-line processes when required based on quality thresholds

Nice to have

  • Experience with Gauge R&R and statistical quality control tools
  • Prior experience working in regulated manufacturing environments
