About the role
- The Maintenance Manager sets daily, annual, and long-term asset-reliability priorities
- strengthens safety, preventive and predictive maintenance, mechanical integrity, and work-management practices
- Improve maintenance practices to reduce risk, increase productivity, and lower cost.
Responsibilities
- This role offers the opportunity to develop skilled teams, improve plant reliability, and shape maintenance strategy at a company committed to sustainable waste and energy solutions.
- Partner with EHS to target zero incidents and improve site performance.
- Develop methods and procedures that improve operations and labor and material utilization.
- Select, assign, coach, develop, and evaluate maintenance-team members.
- Manage advanced Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance shops.
- Develop and maintain the five-year Long-Term Maintenance Plan.
- Maintain maintenance metrics that prioritize action and drive improvement.
- Develop supervisors, planners, craft personnel, and other leaders through coaching and training.
- Identify and implement short- and long-term cost-management opportunities.
- Lead outage-planning processes and deliver outage scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Compensation
- $118,700.00 - $169,800.00 USD per annum

- The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable).
