Responsibilities
- Build rapport and create genuine connections with loan officer candidates
- Partner closely with Market Leaders for smooth handoffs
Requirements
- 1-3 years in outbound sales, recruiting, call center, or appointment-setting
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- CRM experience
- Genuinely enjoy outbound calling and persistent follow-up-not just tolerate it, but thrive on it
- Competitive and goal-driven, motivated by scorecards and performance targets
- Strong organizational skills with process-oriented approach to following playbooks consistently
- Highly coachable and eager to learn from feedback and coaching
- Thrive in performance-driven environments where results are visible and rewarded
- Understand this is a qualification and appointment-setting role, not a closing role
- Excited to master the craft of prospect qualification and appointment setting
Nice to have
- Mortgage, real estate, or financial services experience preferred but not required
Compensation
