Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain the CEO, COO, and Executive Vice President's complex calendars, ensuring priorities are aligned and scheduling conflicts are minimized.
- Arrange and manage executive travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and travel-related logistics.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation while exercising the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate and support executive meetings, leadership meetings, company events, trainings, and special projects.
- Assist with planning and coordinating bi-weekly lunches at the Support Center, including ordering meals, coordinating vendors, preparing meeting spaces, and managing logistics.
- The Corporate Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the CEO, COO, and Executive Vice President by providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support.
- This position is responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating complex schedules, organizing meetings and events, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Support Center.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.
- Organize and maintain administrative records and filing systems.
Requirements
- Required Skills, Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting executive leadership as a Corporate Administrator, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Compensation
- $40,000-$45,000 annually, DOE, plus monthly performance bonus opportunities.
