Responsibilities

  • Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage and maintain the CEO, COO, and Executive Vice President's complex calendars, ensuring priorities are aligned and scheduling conflicts are minimized.
  • Arrange and manage executive travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and travel-related logistics.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation while exercising the highest level of discretion.
  • Coordinate and support executive meetings, leadership meetings, company events, trainings, and special projects.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating bi-weekly lunches at the Support Center, including ordering meals, coordinating vendors, preparing meeting spaces, and managing logistics.
  • The Corporate Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the CEO, COO, and Executive Vice President by providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support.
  • This position is responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating complex schedules, organizing meetings and events, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Support Center.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment.
  • Organize and maintain administrative records and filing systems.

Requirements

  • Required Skills, Qualifications & Core Competencies
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting executive leadership as a Corporate Administrator, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Compensation

  • $40,000-$45,000 annually, DOE, plus monthly performance bonus opportunities.
