Requirements

  • Experience managing client relationships or supporting business leaders in a consultative capacity.
  • The ability to anticipate issues, solve problems, and bring structure to complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS, ATS, payroll, or related HR technology platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in HR consulting, outsourced HR, client service, HR generalist leadership, or a similar environment.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP a plus.
  • Prior experience managing HR professionals or leading service delivery teams.
  • Experience in a professional services or multi-client HR environment.
