Responsibilities
- Produce key production reports in support of the production meetings
- Supports all system based aspects of production scheduling
- Supports cross functional communication between key members of management, engineering and the production team
- To support the growth and development of new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.

Skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must have good computer skills with solid background in MS Office, must be proficient in Word and Excel
- Must have the ability to work across functional areas
- Must have the ability to interface with multiple levels in the business
- Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred Experience:
- +1 year experience in manufacturing preferred
