About the role
- What's Under the Hood DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers.
- Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties.
- This includes assessing day to day performance, quality of work, providing feedback, and goal setting.
Responsibilities
- This includes using tools such as formal account reviews and side-by-side monitoring in order to create development plans for their staff to address any deficiencies
- Create and maintain a culture of positive change management for the Reinstatement team towards the goal of being best in class as a department.
- We need someone capable of managing their own time and business, yet is capable of making decisions for the betterment of DriveTime, not just themselves.
- We are looking for someone that can lead, manage and grow within our organization.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-5pm.
