About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation of complex agreements with creators, talent, influencers, production companies, and digital media partners
- Define and implement scalable deal frameworks, templates, and playbooks tailored to the creator economy
- Partner closely with Content, DTC platforms, and Strategy teams to enable new creator-led business models
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Production, Marketing, and Strategy to drive alignment and execution
- Build and maintain strong external relationships across the creator and digital media landscape
- Proven ability to lead high-value, complex negotiations and influence senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business affairs, legal, or complex dealmaking, including significant experience in digital media and/or direct-to-consumer platforms
- Deep expertise negotiating talent, production, and/or licensing agreements
Nice to have
- JD strongly preferred, with bar membership in California or New York

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $236,000 to $316,600 per year.
