About the role

- You will integrate with firmware and hardware teams to connect and protect critical electrical components from ESS through power conversion and distribution systems.
- You will be expected to be comfortable taking independent initiative and working as a team with other highly motivated engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design high-voltage cable assemblies and wire harnesses for electrification systems
- Develop testing protocols for electrical safety, vibration, and environmental durability
- Develop and contribute to circuit protection systems
- Design testing circuits and apparatus for various electrical components, including energy storage modules, balancing systems, power conversion systems, and circuit protection systems.
- This is a hands-on role developing critical components for safety-critical applications in harsh environments.
Requirements
- 3-5 years automotive/aerospace harness experience with HV systems (1000V) Proficiency in SolidWorks electrical/Altium Harness/ePlan and understanding of IPC standards Hands-on prototyping mindset with emphasis on rapid design-build-test cycles
- All roles are expected to include intermittent or occasional travel as the business needs.
