About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Technician to join our advanced manufacturing team.
Our facility specializes in advanced metal powder fusing, firing and hardening in furnaces, and applying coatings using advanced technologies.
We are looking for someone who is highly coachable, has strong fundamentals in manufacturing, and is eager to learn and improve every day.

This role supports two primary functions within the facility.
Technicians will be responsible for executing the following duties across both the coating and furnace operations: Coating Preparation & Inspection Heat Building & Fixturing: Handle and arrange various styles of inserts into predetermined fixturing to build heats for the coating furnaces, ensuring all critical areas are properly exposed for a quality product.
Quality & Quantity Verification: Perform inspections and verify the quantity of incoming products prior to coating.
Monitor computerized controls to manage temperatures, pressures, chemical flow rates, and gas flow rates to critical process parameters.
In this role, you will cross-train and support two critical processes within our production cycle: coating preparation/inspection and furnace operation.

Due to defense contractor regulations, candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Must be able to maintain focus and quality standards in a somewhat repetitive environment.
You won't be expected to have experience with our specific equipment on day one.

Preferred: Machine/Furnace Operation: Prior experience setting up and operating machinery, vacuum systems, or industrial furnaces.
