Responsibilities
- You build relationships with clear communication, transparency, empathy, and kindness.
- You're inspired by science and see the transformational potential of biomedical research. You don't need to have recruited for life sciences before, but you're genuinely curious about it and excited to build expertise here.
- Own the full cycle recruiting process for a portfolio of roles across Operations and Life Science functional groups.
- Build robust pipelines through active multi-channel sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer closing.
- Build strong relationships with a wide range of hiring managers across functions and seniority levels, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process, including setting clear expectations, influencing interview and evaluation decisions, and keeping stakeholders aligned and accountable.
- Contribute to building and iterating on efficient, scalable recruiting processes alongside the broader recruiting team.
Requirements
- Strong sourcing and closing skills, with a track record of attracting and converting passive candidates
- Proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse or similar) and a commitment to data integrity
- Familiarity with sourcing and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals
- You are a candidate advocate who holds a high bar for candidate experience at every stage of the process.
Nice to have
- in-house recruiting experience preferred
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

- The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$148,000.
