About the role
- About Vantage Data Centers Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the world's well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises.
- Construction Department The Construction team is responsible for the entire process flow of delivering the physical data centers from shovel ready state through commissioning, working with Sales, Operations, and management along the way.
- Many times, a role like this at other companies is purely oversight.
Responsibilities
- We work to build each other up and support one another, appreciating each other's strengths and respecting each other's weaknesses.
Nice to have
- Assist with entering and updating construction cost data across systems.
- Assist with capital purchase order processing to help ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets.
- Assist with entering and reconciling data between Yardi and Procore.
- Assist with processing CAPEX invoices and progress billings for review.
- Prepare draft invoice and debtor lists for team review.
- Research straightforward CAPEX questions and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist with preparing and consolidating monthly invoicing and cost summaries for capital project funding.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
Skills
- Ability to respond effectively to critical issues and challenging inquiries.
- Highly organized with the ability to assist across multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Capable of prioritizing work with minimal direction.
- Travel up to 5%, with potential for increased travel as the business evolves.

Compensation
- Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
- $70,000-85,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
