About the role
- BASIC PURPOSE: The primary function of this position is to schedule and sequence routes in a timely, accurate and efficient manner using computerized programs.

- Work Environment - Primarily office-based. - Frequent interaction with warehouse and transportation operations. - Occasional exposure to warehouse environments, including cooler and freezer areas.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Transportation, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure delivery feasibility.
- Prepare and maintain daily routing reports, route change requests, sequence change requests, and new customer requests.
- Maintain routing system parameters within routing software, including RoadNet and other transportation systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of six months of routing, transportation, logistics, or related administrative experience required.
- Ability to resolve routine transportation issues independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as business needs require.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong computer skills including data entry, spreadsheets, report generation, and transportation software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation
- The expected base rate for this role is between $28.00 and $33.00 per hour.
- This role will also receive overtime compensation, as applicable.
