Responsibilities
- Provide daily and continuous safety support to designated region.
- Establishes and develops a positive team environment and performance driving team dynamics.
- Plans, supervises, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group, or team.
- Develops a clear understanding of company goals and objects to ensure overall objectives of the group are met.
- Perform on site facility and work site visits- 8/week - 32/month - 384/year
- Conduct compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support AWP Safety
- Maintain, audit, and update as needed AWP Safety
Compensation
- The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
- A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
