About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the test harness for our core systems-integration tests, formal verification, and chaos testing across the ledger, netting algorithm, money movement, and payment ordering.
- Build correctness guarantees that let the rest of the team ship faster.
- Design and build internal tools that amplify our productivity.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, dev environments, and deployment infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, developer tooling, infrastructure, or reliability engineering.
Nice to have
- payments, trading, ledgers, or similar.
- Experience with formal verification, property-based testing, or chaos engineering is a big plus.
- You thrive in ambiguity - you view a lack of specificity as an opportunity for ownership.
