About the role

The position will focus on organizing, managing, and supporting the end-to-end proposal process to ensure structure, compliance, and quality.
The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Support and coordinate full lifecycle federal proposal development efforts.
Develop and manage proposal schedules, kickoff meetings, and milestone tracking.
Maintain proposal templates, outlines, compliance matrices, and response structures.
Support submission of proposals and RFI responses through designated government portals.
Maintain and update past performance repositories and proposal content libraries.
Manage document formatting, editing, version control, and final production.
Support with the continuous improvement of proposal processes and templates.

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
2-3 years of direct federal proposal development or proposal coordination experience.
Working knowledge of federal solicitation formats (RFPs, RFIs, RTEPs, IDIQs, Task Orders).
Strong understanding of compliance requirements and structured proposal processes.
This role is ideal for a proposal professional with hands-on experience in federal proposal development and coordination.
Note: Selected candidates will be required to complete fingerprinting at a government facility and undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
