Job Posting Title Production Assembly (3rd Shift) Job Description Summary Dauch (formerly known as GKN) is seeking a 3rd shift assembly associate for our Bowling Green Manufacturing Facility.
This role involves performing various assembly operations to produce driveline components and systems according to specifications and quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The company is headquartered in Detroit, MI, with operations that span 24 countries and more than 175 locations.

Execute manual and automated assembly tasks for driveline components and sub-assemblies.
Operate and monitor assembly equipment, machinery, and tools safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.
Inspect parts and assemblies for quality defects and conformance to specifications, following all proper gaging techniques.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
