About the role
- BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB To greet patients and ensure all information is gathered for efficient encounters and billing outcomes.
- Works as effeciently as possible to ensure best use of time.
Responsibilities
- Verifies and creates subscriber information in computer system.
- Maintains confidentiality of all hospital and patient information at all times as observed by management and peers.

Requirements
- Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 1-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required.
- Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending, and reaching is required.
- Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
- License/Certification Required: None
- Completes all Dolly Children's and practice required training and CBL requirements.
Skills
- Ability to multi-task while presenting a positive and comforting presence with patients and families.
- Efficient typing, filing and troubleshooting skills.
