About the role

Amazon is looking for a customer focused, driven, and analytical leader to join the Canada Consumer Electronics team.
Key areas of focus include driving improvement in inventory availability, increasing inventory efficiency, improving purchasing automation, and reducing input costs.
The position requires an individual with strong analytical capabilities who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and effective prioritization.

Instock Manager will own strategies to drive supply chain efficiencies and maximize sales, margin, and turns.
This is a critical role helping us build, manage, and optimize a complex procurement system-with a growing emphasis on re-imagining workflows for automation and leveraging Generative AI to increase productivity.
The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment, while maintaining a customer-centric philosophy.
You will be responsible for driving large and unique programs, coordinating with partner teams on scalable improvements, and building optimal inventory strategies.
Instock Manager will also be responsible for developing new tools and automated workflows, identifying defects, reducing waste, and improving supply chain effectiveness through data-driven innovation.

Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
Experience with SQL.
5+ years of with Excel experience.
Experience working with complex data sets.
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
They must be highly organized, self-starting, highly analytical, and thrive in a high-energy environment.

Knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Lambda, Quick, OpenSearch, DynamoDB and Bedrock.
