Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior lending leadership, jointly owning priorities, strategy, and outcomes
- Lead teams to identify high-impact problems and validate solutions through research, experimentation, and data
- Partner with Engineering, Research, and Design to balance speed, quality, scalability, and sustainability
- Lead, coach, hire, and develop a product organization focused on Personal Lending
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience, including 8+ years in people management, with a track record of owning customer and business outcomes
- 3+ years of product management experience in consumer lending (unsecured personal lending, credit cards, student loans, or similar credit products)
- Experience partnering with credit risk, underwriting, or pricing teams on product decisions
- Ability to balance customer experience, business objectives, technical constraints, and risk considerations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels with clarity and credibility
Compensation
- The target base salary range for this position is 220,000-255,000.
- The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location.
- Base salary is just one part of LendingClub's Total Rewards package.
- You may also be eligible for long-term awards (equity) and an annual bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings).
