Student Success and Support: Coordinate university-wide efforts to support adult learners throughout the student lifecycle, in collaboration with advising, financial aid, enrollment, student affairs, and academic units to ensure a seamless student experience.
Assessment and Continuous Improvement: Analyze enrollment, retention, and completion data for adult learners, develop recommendations that inform strategic planning and decision-making, and support institutional assessment efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to prioritize tasks to manage multiple projects
