About the role

- Identify and address program needs, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with schools, community organizations, referral sources, and external stakeholders.
- Support community outreach efforts and partnership development activities.
- Coordinate services with external providers and agencies to support continuity of care.
- Develop, review, and update treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and all client-related contacts.
- This position serves as the primary liaison between the organization, local schools, community partners, referral sources, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and service delivery.
- Community Partner Liaison & Program Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and community partners.
- Facilitate communication between school personnel, community partners, families, and organizational leadership.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure alignment with organizational goals and partner expectations.
Requirements
- Experience providing therapy services to youth and families.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Experience collaborating with schools, community agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Create, update, and maintain required program reports, data, and documentation.
- Review and approve progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other clinical documentation as required by staff credentials, program requirements, and supervisory responsibilities.
- Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio licensure as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health, school-based services, or a related setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive care.
Nice to have
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience utilizing data tracking and reporting systems.
- Experience with crisis intervention and risk assessment.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout school and community environments.
- Ability to respond appropriately to crisis situations and emergency circumstances.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
