About the role
- We produce strap, stretch and protective packaging.
- We also manufacture packaging tools and equipment used to apply the bulk packaging materials.
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational excellence and performance through prioritizing and executing the daily work plan and workflow by reviewing receivers, picking, and shipping documents.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, production, and customer service to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment to meet customer requirements.
- Implement process improvement initiatives that directly influence short and mid-term impact on company growth, financial results, customer relationships, and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with the Management team to conduct inventory cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with transportation handler to optimize the dock and ensure on-time ship is achieved.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Warehouse leadership.
- 3-5 years' experience in Material Handling, Logistics, or related field.
- Working knowledge of operations ERP and shipping systems.
- To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Nice to have
- High School Degree or Equivalent preferred.

Compensation
- The annual salary for this position ranges from $72,000 - $80,000 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location.
- Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
- Train new associates ensuring compliance with forklift/ clamp truck certifications and annual recertification per the Safety policy.
