About the role
- The Large Engine center has multiple openings for Manager, Production (Section Manager II).
- This role oversees and coordinates the activities of the production line, prepares schedules, resolves issues, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Training new hires, managing scheduling and work conflicts, monitoring safety, and promoting internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- ability to apply organization performance management systems, practices, and tools to develop and improve individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Participate in own performance review or performance checkpoint session.

Requirements
- Knowledge of successful performance management techniques
- Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques

- ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Leadership experience in Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Assembly operations and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire a team.
Compensation
- $89,210.00 - $133,810.00
