Responsibilities
- Project management duties and leading training activities with vendor partners.
- Maintain existing training courses and materials. Facilitate and lead pilot training and Train-the-Trainer sessions for various programs.

Requirements
- Must have strong project management skills and ability to meet project quality expectations within schedule commitments.
- College diploma or University (Bachelor's Degree), preferably in Learning & Development, Communications, and/or Business/related discipline, or relevant experience.
- Certificate in Adult Learning/Instructional design (preferred).
- 3-5 years experience in instructional design preferably, with automotive experience being a preference as well.
- Minimum 2 years experience designing and managing the development of web-based, video based, or virtual learning.
- Strong instructional design and communication skills with experience as an eLearning developer on Articulate Storyline and other Articulate tools including Rise. Must have strong project management skills and ability to meet project quality expectations within schedule commitments.
- Skills with Adobe Suite including but not limited to Photoshop, In-Design, and basic video editing skills are good to have.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with all members of the team.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships within Honda North America as well as all other internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, establish and maintain good working relationship with Honda North America suppliers, partners, consultants, stakeholders and other network contacts.
- Enjoys team building approach of management and department - shares results.
Compensation
- HIRING PRACTICES The salary range for this position is $83,139.00 - $98,727.00 annually.
