Highly proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and presentation software (PowerPoint and Keynote), with working knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools
A degree or HND in Visual Communications (Design)
Proven experience of working effectively with senior stakeholders
Experience of working with diverse and geographically dispersed audiences
Extensive experience selecting and managing suppliers
Extensive experience taking client briefs, storyboarding ideas and producing original design content
Need to be flexible and willing to work outside of office hours to attend events as and when required
Demonstrable experience of working to the highest standards and with attention to details while working under tight deadlines

Experience in designing and creating original assets and templates
Calm under the pressure of tight deadlines
Resilient to changing needs and evolving plans
Excellent interpersonal skills - able to forge effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business at all levels
Fluency with AI design tools to augment performance
Working knowledge of motion graphics, short-form video, UX/UI principles and data visualization
