The team partners closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity.
As an IT Operations Manager, you will lead and scale CoreWeave's internal IT support function, ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and efficient experience for employees across the organization.
This role blends people leadership, operational ownership, and technical oversight, with a focus on building a support model that can scale alongside the company's rapid growth.
You will manage a team responsible for day-to-day IT support while driving improvements in processes, tooling, and automation.
You'll work closely with senior ICs and cross-functional partners to ensure support operations align with broader infrastructure, security, and systems strategy.
Strong experience operating within IT support environments, including ticketing systems, SLA management, and escalation handling
Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiency within a support or IT environment
Experience building or scaling IT support teams in high-growth environments
Family-Forming support provided by Carrot

5-8 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or internal infrastructure roles, preferably in cloud-native or high-growth environments
1-3 years of experience managing or leading IT support teams
Experience administering or working with core IT systems such as Okta, Jamf, Intune, Freshservice, and Google Workspace / M365
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
