- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ensure CRM records are complete, accurate, and up to date throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist Account Executives with CRM updates, data entry, and sales administration requests.
- Monitor opportunity progression and follow up on missing information required for processing.
- Quote & Order Processing Prepare and process customer quotes.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.
