About the role

Core Responsibilities: Financial Oversight & Operations: Supervise General Ledger, AP, AR, and Job Costing processes.
Investigate and resolve any AR and AP issues that arise.
Prepare monthly closing reports and supporting documentation.

Process Improvement: Implement and maintain effective processes to enhance the close and reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Financial Analysis: Perform analytical reviews of accounting operations from the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow perspectives.
Team Management & Development: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Continuously monitor and manage potential financial risks.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors and financial institutions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Process Innovation & Efficiency: Drive process improvements and encourage innovation within the finance department to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Confidentiality & Integrity: Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information, ensuring trust and discretion.
Implement and maintain effective processes to enhance the close and reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors and financial institutions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA strongly preferred;

Recommend and establish policies for the company's financial and business practices.
