Requirements
- In addition, this position will also be required to submit all necessary grant reports as required by the funding organization.
- Prepare and submit all necessary reports as required by the terms of the grant, including data collection from diverse sources, compilation, analysis, and grant report writing.
- Coordinate required grant program meetings.
- Perform other duties as required/assigned by leadership.
- Travel to client sites and other meetings will be required up to 1 day per week within working hours.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing projects in an educational, non-profit, or corporate setting.
- Demonstrated initiative in pursuing knowledge and skills without external prompting.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Skilled at handling and directing multiple and complex assignments and projects.
- Ability to work independently according to established schedules and to complete assignments and projects, as per defined timelines.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and extensive confidential PII data.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, holidays, or weekends as needed to meet deadline requirements and attend special events.
- One (1) year of experience in managing or implementing grant-funded programs.
Compensation
- Range $60,453 - $93,270, commensurate with experience
- Annual Salary Range $60,453 - $93,270, commensurate with experience
