About the role
- You will act as a liaison between legal and business matters.
- In this role, you will act as a risk mitigation arm of HR, supporting ER policy creation.
- This is a remote-working role (you are welcome to work from one of our office locations).
Responsibilities
- Support the ER strategy and approach at a global, organization-wide level.
- Support the ER business process needed to run an equitable and clear ER process.
- Collaborate with HR Partners to develop strategies to respond to team member concerns and infuse ER into broader company practices.
- Support employee relations best practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and address potential employee relations issues and develop preventive measures.
- Support administrative departments regarding inputting data, creating letters, scripts, transcribing meeting notes, creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Support meeting with management to better understand needs and concerns relating to requests they have submitted to the Employee Relations team.
- Support performance improvement processes and review performance improvement documents provided by management.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience supporting employee relations functions
- Experience with performance management and employee relations processes.
- You will partner with important stakeholders to enhance employee experience with system-wide ER practices and to define the ER scope of services.
- In-depth knowledge of human resources and employee relations principles, practices, and procedures in the US and UK.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Compensation
- $85,000 - $90,000 USD
