About the role
- Forecast workflow, and plan schedules for the project team.
- Conduct or oversee site visits, construction observations, and progress reporting.
- Review shop drawings and submittals during construction and provide timely engineering responses.

- Support proposal development by preparing scopes, fees, and contract documents.
- Work closely with engineers and BIM Designers to refine design details and ensure high-quality construction document production.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and nurture strong, lasting professional relationships.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in civil or architectural structural design work
- This role blends technical design expertise with project leadership and client management.
- Collaborate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other design disciplines to align structural solutions with overall project requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent ABET-accredited engineering program
- Professional Engineering licensure required (PE)
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred
- Structural Engineering (SE) professional licensure preferred
- A Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is required
- a Master's degree or Structural Engineering (SE) license is a plus.
