About the role

Responsibilities

  • It will serve as a front-line customer service representative and technical support to the Trojan Forge, including managing student reservations, managing physical supplies/inventory, and assisting in the coordination of assigned office activities.
  • This position will manage inventory, equipment, scheduling reservations, community engagement, usage data, and other clerical duties as assigned.

  • and/or program affiliates
  • Answer incoming calls/emails and forward them to the appropriate staff member if
  • necessary and/or document all messages

Compensation

  • $11.00 per hour
