About the role
- Travel will typically be domestic in nature but may occasionally involve international destinations.

Responsibilities
- Act as a main technical interface for the customer and coordinate with the project team and engineering partners
- Valmet's Advanced Process Control Group provides high level expert services to optimize our customer's performance in terms of production, quality, cost and environmental impact.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering field, or an equivalent professional experience and competencies.
- A strong knowledge of the Fiber Line or Causticizing Process Areas and experience with advanced and regulatory controls & optimization.
- Be able to show leadership skills, have strong troubleshooting abilities and/or have experience with process improvement.
- Candidate must be willing and able to travel as needed, up to 50% of their time.

Nice to have
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
