About the role

This role is responsible for guiding, motivating, and leading a software development team.

Support 2-4 Agile Development teams
Document and communicate expectations, investigate problems, and drive team to resolutions
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Possess a comprehensive understanding of how Sales, Services, Support, and Products work together to contribute toward achieving business objectives
Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Previous work experience in Business analysis and/or product engineering
2 years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
As the nature of business demands change so, too, may the essential functions of this specific position and/or the skills and abilities required.
Technical expertise, strategic experience, and strong leadership skills are all expected from this important role.
Certified Scrum Master or comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication written/verbal skills
Previous experience using NetSuite is desired but not necessary

CSM/PSM 1 Certification preferred
Previous experience in leading/managing business processes within a software as a service (SaaS) model is preferred
