Requirements
- High School Diploma with at a minimum of 1 year of retail or warehouse experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- A Back Room Sales Support must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with the leadership team and store associates.
- An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

- Decision Making- Ability to make correct decisions or choose the best course of actions when a decision needs to be made, including doing so in a safe manner, preventing accidents, injuries, and theft.
