- The Production Manager ensures production is met to satisfy contractual commitments and maximizes profits by overseeing production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an environment that promotes productivity and throughput to include conflict resolution.
- Creates and maintains budgets, approves expenditures, and manages operations keeping within budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledge and experience with production scheduling.
- Ability to implement and drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
- Heavy equipment or automotive manufacturing experience at the management level.
Nice to have
- Six plus years of related work experience.
Compensation
- $92,600.00 - $154,400.00
- The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
- Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
