About the role
- Orchard is looking for a customer and results focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team.
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a venture-backed startup and play an instrumental role in making the home buying and selling experience easier for our customers.
- The Inside Sales Associate plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls and will be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard.

- Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
- A strong sales mindset and drive to deliver results
Requirements
- Orchard has reimagined the end-to-end experience of buying and selling, from innovative home search tools to find the perfect home to the ability to buy a new home before selling your current one.
- We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Nice to have
- 1-2 years experience in a sales role, customer service role or in the real estate industry (preferred, not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (good with follow up)
- Exceptional cross-functional teamwork and organization skills
- Compensation includes a base plus uncapped commission with top performers earning $80k+.
