Track record through real market stress - drawdowns, flash crashes, dislocations - with the judgment and reputation that comes from navigating them
Experience with prediction markets, binary options, or derivatives markets
Experience at an exchange operating in a novel or emerging asset class
Experience at a high-growth fintech, trading firm, or early-stage startup environment

Define scalable systems for market creation, maintenance, and resolution across a growing catalog
Own resolution credibility and market integrity
