About the role

Redstone Residential seeks hardworking and reliable temporary workers to assist with a variety of tasks based on the needs of each property.
Temporary Turns Helpers may be assigned to groundskeeping, cleaning, driving, maintenance, cleaning checks, or other basic duties as assigned.
This position requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Perform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or other property-related duties
Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff

We Drive Performance

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Valid driver's license may be required for driving roles
Drive company vehicles or equipment if required (subject to applicable licensing)
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines

Prior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required
