About the role

  • This role sits at the center of creator marketing, content creation, and paid amplification-owning the strategy and execution behind how campaigns are distributed, scaled, and optimized for performance.
  • We're looking for a strategic operator and team leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, can translate client goals into high-performing campaigns, and consistently pushes the boundaries of how creator content is activated and amplified.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Distribution Strategies: Craft social media amplification strategies on behalf of our clients that meet their audience and performance goals and maximize their budget across channels, optimizing for cost-efficiency, performance, and measurable outcomes.
  • Vendor Management: Lead vendor and partner negotiations across creators, platforms, and paid media channels-driving favorable economics, scalable pricing structures, and long-term partnerships
  • Creator Marketing Activations: Own end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of creator-driven campaigns-proactively driving timelines, identifying next steps, and ensuring campaigns deliver against performance goals without requiring direction.
  • Own and optimize campaign performance from a distribution perspective across all channels and tactics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for sourcing creators, managing activations, and sustaining industry relationships.
  • Set the pace, drive accountability, and proactively remove blockers-modeling ownership and follow-through in all workstreams.
  • Develop and refine new processes as needed.
  • Industry Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with creators, independent talent, management companies, agencies, and other partners to stay at the forefront of creator culture.
  • New Business Development: In partnership with senior leadership, proactively identify and shape new service offerings and GTM strategies. Support sales and business development cycles by participating in RFP responses and pitches.
  • Own end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of creator-driven campaigns-proactively driving timelines, identifying next steps, and ensuring campaigns deliver against performance goals without requiring direction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, growth, or distribution strategy
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing Analytics/Business Analytics, or closely related field
  • Strong track record of owning projects end-to-end, including proactively defining next steps, managing stakeholders, and consistently closing the loop on deliverables.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong leadership experience, with success managing and growing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly analytical, with experience using data to evaluate performance, allocate budget, and inform rapid optimization decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale budgets with a focus on efficiency and performance optimization.
  • Known for proactive communication and follow-through, with a habit of anticipating needs, flagging risks early, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Innovative thinker and visionary at the forefront of the industry.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with a proactive, test-and-learn mindset.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling social media and creator/influencer programs across multiple social platforms.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of UGC, paid media, short-form content, meme pages, and social distribution best practices.
  • Experience in creator marketing is a plus, not required:
