About the role

  • We seek a dedicated and experienced Hardware Fulfillment Technician to oversee the imaging, testing, and shipment of OPSWAT hardware for customer orders worldwide.
  • The ideal candidate will be a general expert in "everything" hardware, from Servers and desktops to IoT hardware.
  • You will understand how hardware integrates to make a system, including discovering bottlenecks and performance issues with recommendations to improve our processes.

Responsibilities

  • Update internal technical knowledge and assist in maintaining a design library.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • To submit resumes for our jobs, there must be a recruiting contract approved by our legal team and endorsed by both parties.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management and tracking software.

Nice to have

  • Work in a team responsible for imaging OPSWAT hardware according to customer orders and standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee the packing and preparation of hardware for shipment.
  • Monitor processes for efficiency and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure all fulfillment activities are documented accurately.
  • Resolve any issues related to hardware fulfillment promptly.
  • Strong understanding of hardware imaging and QA/QC processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Strong knowledge of individual hardware components.
