About the role
- We seek a dedicated and experienced Hardware Fulfillment Technician to oversee the imaging, testing, and shipment of OPSWAT hardware for customer orders worldwide.
- The ideal candidate will be a general expert in "everything" hardware, from Servers and desktops to IoT hardware.
- You will understand how hardware integrates to make a system, including discovering bottlenecks and performance issues with recommendations to improve our processes.
Responsibilities
- Update internal technical knowledge and assist in maintaining a design library.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- To submit resumes for our jobs, there must be a recruiting contract approved by our legal team and endorsed by both parties.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using inventory management and tracking software.
Nice to have
- Work in a team responsible for imaging OPSWAT hardware according to customer orders and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee the packing and preparation of hardware for shipment.
- Monitor processes for efficiency and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Ensure all fulfillment activities are documented accurately.
- Resolve any issues related to hardware fulfillment promptly.
- Strong understanding of hardware imaging and QA/QC processes.
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux).
- Strong knowledge of individual hardware components.
