Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications and services.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using service-oriented and microservices architectures.
- Drive cloud-native development initiatives leveraging AWS services and best practices.
- Build and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using Git-based source control and deployment tools.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, application architecture, and enterprise solution delivery.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong database experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
- Experience designing REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and software design patterns.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
Nice to have
- Preferred development background using.NET/C# or Java.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

Compensation
- $147,500.00 - $245,900.00
- Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
