About the role

  • Scopely is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager I to join our User Acquisition team in Canada on a remote basis!
  • The User Acquisition team is focused on driving player growth and efficiency across various digital marketing channels.
  • The teams are based in Europe and the US.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games' growth and profitability
  • Strategize, execute and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform, including: Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP Networks, SDK Networks, CTV, Influencer marketing, and much more
  • Locate, negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition
  • Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe
  • Design and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams
  • Be an expert in UA with key knowledge in order to lead a team
  • Proactively source new partners to diversify portfolio

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
  • Ability to follow-up on tasks and action items with no or little oversight
  • Strong proficiency with Excel required

Nice to have

  • Prefer candidates with direct previous experience in mobile user acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plus
  • Understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates and LTV predictions preferred
