Responsibilities
- Accountable for end to end performance of productivity technologies that drive customer success and value realization.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for the Productivity portfolio (Surface, Payload, Operator), building strong domain expertise and a customer focused culture.
- Drive integration across onboard and offboard systems, ensuring seamless capability development across machine, site, and cloud solutions.
- Partner closely with engineering teams (onboard and back office) to shape and prioritize enhancements.
- Ensure product capabilities meet customer needs and drive measurable productivity outcomes, leveraging field, customer, and stakeholder feedback.
- Identify gaps in current capabilities and lead future investments.
- Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational tactical and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan.
- Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
- Managing People: Knowledge of processes involved in managing people; ability to lead successful teams and diligently address issues related to performance and conflicts at the workplace.
- Collaborating Globally: Knowledge of effective collaboration techniques and ability to build networks with people from different countries and cultures, think and work with them to bring positive impact and flourishing business results.

Compensation
- $147,760.00 - $221,640.00
- Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
