About the role

Organizations switch to ExaCare because their admission processes are broken.
They rely on multiple outdated platforms and error-prone manual work to admit residents.

Build and scale core platform infrastructure.
Design and maintain reliable backend services, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and internal platform systems that support rapid product development and scalable operations.
Own production systems end-to-end.
Develop and operate highly available distributed systems using TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, and modern infrastructure tooling.
Create internal tooling, deployment automation, developer workflows, feature flag systems, and platform abstractions that help the engineering team ship faster and more confidently.
Lead reliability and operational excellence.
Drive platform innovation.
Evaluate and implement modern infrastructure patterns, AI-powered developer workflows, and scalable cloud-native technologies that improve engineering productivity and product capabilities Collaborate cross-functionally.
This fragmentation wastes time and leads to suboptimal care and business outcomes.
We're looking for a high-ownership Senior Platform Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure, backend systems, and internal platform capabilities that power ExaCare's products and engineering velocity.
