About the role

Responsibilities
- As a Member of Operations Staff on our Frontier Data team, you'll own the delivery engine behind the datasets and environments we ship to leading AI labs.
- You'll work directly with researchers and engineers at partner labs to translate fuzzy requirements into concrete specs, and with our engineers to automate anything you find yourself doing twice.
- Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
- Build processes that ensure quality is visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
- Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.
Requirements
- You have high agency and a bias toward action.
- Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.

- The target compensation for this role is $150,000 - $300,000 base salary commensurate with experience as well as equity in the company.
