About the role

  • In this role, you'll be the person who ensures the world takes notice.This is a hands-on content creation position, not a strategy-deck-and-delegate job.
  • You'll use AI tools (like Claude, and any others you bring) to move quickly without compromising quality.
  • And you'll continuously deepen your understanding of what PointFive does and why it matters, because that understanding is what makes your content resonate.

Responsibilities

  • You own PointFive's social media presence.
  • Write and produce posts yourself, manage the calendar, publish, engage, and grow the audience.
  • Work closely with the CMO and others to develop posts, commentary, and bylines that feel authentic, not corporate ghostwriting.
  • You understand how AI search is changing content distribution and build that thinking into everything you create.
  • You'll write, produce, experiment, and deliver.
  • Social channels, end to end: You own PointFive's social media presence.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to write for technical audiences (engineering, DevOps, infrastructure) without losing the humans in the room
  • You know what works on Reddit, you understand why engineers hang out on GitHub, and you're not afraid to go where the audience actually is.

Nice to have

  • 5 to 8 years in content, social, or brand
  • B2B SaaS experience a plus
