About the role
- This role assists with the coordination and execution of catering, concessions, dining services, team meals, hospitality functions, and special events throughout the property.
- The historic facility, formerly known as Dodgertown, was renamed Jackie Robinson Training Complex in honor of its trailblazing namesake.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support for the Food & Beverage department, including catering, concessions, dining services, hospitality functions, and special events
- Maintain department records, operational documents, event notes, billing files, and other administrative tracking tools
- Support the Manager, Food & Beverage, with department planning, reporting, communication, and follow-up items as needed
- Coordinate and support hospitality and catering operations throughout the property, including team meals, catered events, game-day functions, VIP hospitality, concessions, and dining services
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure service standards, organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency are maintained
- Assist with inventory tracking, product ordering, receiving, and supply management to support food and beverage operations
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Food & Beverage or other leadership team members
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, events, and operational needs in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Must maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills in a high-volume hospitality environment
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of hospitality, catering, food and beverage, restaurant, event operations, or administrative management experience required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid food handler certification
Nice to have
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Management, Event Management, or related field preferred
